Our Instructors     Andrew Mack, Head Instructor     Our Sensei has studied for 16 years in a wide range of styles from karate and ju-jitsu, to Japanese weapons and Tai Chi. He is ranked a Yondan (4th degree black belt) in Goju Ryu Karate and a Shodan (1st degree) in Jiu-jitsu. Sensei has trained with instructors across Ontario and in Argentina in an attempt to understand both the practical and traditional aspects of these ancient fighting systems. Over the years, Sensei Mack has participated in numerous traditional karate and open martial arts tournaments, competing in kumite (fighting), grappling, kata (forms) and kobudo (weapons) divisions in Canada and the United States. From this he has developed a program that is both fun and interesting, a complete system for all ages.         Kristin Kelly, Sempai     Kristin has been training for 4 years and has achieved a Shodan (1st degree black belt) in Goju Ryu Karate under Sensei Bob Toth. She teaches various classes and is always a favorite for teaching sparring classes.
